Territory Sales Manager

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 

Location: Colorado (Territory Based) | Hardline Equipment is based out of Commerce City, CO 

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities: 

​

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales targets.

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.

  • Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support and upselling additional products or services, as appropriate.

  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications: 

​

  • Proven experience in outside sales in the heavy equipment industry.

  • Ability to travel with overnight stays - 10%-15% of the time.

  • Strong account management skills with a track record of building long-term client relationships.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Ability to conduct effective product demos that resonate with potential clients.

  • Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • CDL license preferred.
